CyberLink PowerDirector Ultra is a complete video editor with which you can create colorful video presentations, mixing all sorts of multimedia elements: videos, images, transition effects, clipart, text layers and, of course, a custom background soundtrack.
The interface in CyberLink PowerDirector Ultra is divided into four main tabs (Capture, Edit, Produce and Create Disc), all of them pretty self-explanatory.
